Rocky Mountain Shito-Ryu to Sponsor A Free Class for The Boys And Girls Club

Beginning in October Rocky Mountain Shito-Ryu Karate-Do will begin teaching An Introduction To Karate class at the Fremont County Boys And Girls Club as part of our on-going commitment to community service in the Fremont County area.

The program will consist of a six week course designed to teach the fundamentals of Shito Ryu karate. It will include basic blocks, punches, and kicks. The course will also teach basic self defense techniques and karate etiquette. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.

Theresa Sensei and Lindy Sensei will be instructing the class.
